Case Study: Sales Toolkit
Situation
An international insurance company was looking for a salesperson's toolkit for its geographically-dispersed sales force. They needed to drive video, interactive graphics, charts, and other collateral to mobile computers.
The user base ranged from employee salespeople to independent sales agents who can pick and choose the products they sell and the tools they use.
Brand-consistency was paramount. Five separate brands would share overlapping content in two languages. Updates would occur every few months, so the solution had to be extremely easy to update and deploy.
Solution
ClickNow developed a robust set of tools within a rich media interface. The solution packages product knowledge, scenario-based soft skills training, calculators, and quizzes in single interface.
XML-based content allowed the multiple interfaces to co-exist comfortably.
ClickNow provided training and support to our client's staff so that ongoing updates could be managed in-house at considerable savings.
Result
Wide adoption of the solution resulted in improved sales. Training costs were reduced as Life Connection became the channel for ongoing product knowledge transfer.
Our client is now able to control versions and customization internally. Distribution costs were reduced by continually improving the organization of multiple versions.
The software is currently in its 11th release.
