Situation

Our client required a custom eLearning application which would enable them to develop accredited custom eLearning solutions for their medical professional clients. The client's previous vendor divested their eLearning development business leaving the client scrambling for a new supplier for an extremely time pressured delivery.

Prior method of delivery was all limited paper based distance learning and manual tracking and reporting.

Solution

ClickNow, with the use of our interactive and iterative software early in the definition process, engaged key stakeholders and to rapidly collaborate on the business requirements. Requirementswere quickly approved resulting in the software application going straight to development stage.

ClickNow created an intuitive Learning content management system (LCMS) along with three accredited, interactive and comprehensive eLearning programs in six weeks.

Furthermore, ClickNow developed tracking and reporting capabilities including a variety of tools to better track a multitude of diverse users.
